Carley’s years in mortgage lending gave her a unique perspective on the real estate industry - and a clear vision for the kind of transaction support she wanted to provide. She’s big on doing things right, treating people well, and finding a reason to laugh somewhere along the way.
She’s married with three boys and two golden retrievers, which means there’s rarely a dull moment at home. She’s a diehard Atlanta Braves fan, never goes far without her Kindle, and believes that iced coffee and Diet Coke both have their place in a day.

Briana Sisk
Briana has a big heart, a sharp eye for detail, and very little patience for leaving things unfinished. With experience in both real estate and the mortgage industry, she brings plenty of know-how to the table, along with a sense of humor that keeps the rest of us laughing.
She’s married with two little ones at home, loves traveling, and firmly believes the Christmas tree belongs up before Thanksgiving. She’s also rarely without an Alani in hand.

Sandra Smartt
With nearly a decade of experience in real estate, Sandra knows a thing or two about getting a deal to the closing table. She’s been on both sides of the TC relationship (Carley actually used to coordinate her transactions!), and brings a wealth of industry knowledge, a thoughtful approach to her work, and a deep appreciation for the people behind every closing.
Outside of CLZD, Sandra stays busy with her kindergarten-aged grandson, and she’s quite the seamstress, too. And unlike the rest of the CLZD crew, she doesn’t do caffeine. We’re still trying to figure that one out.
